SPX-CQ Overview

SPX-CQ is established in 2004 by UNIDO in cooperation with Chongqing Municipal Government with aim at helping develop long-term partnership between industrial enterprises. It built up a database containing more than 50,000 Chinese enterprises’ data in mechanical manufacturing field. It has successfully helped Bosch, Honeywell, Toyota Tsusho, Vestas, Grainger, and Eastman to find their Chinese partners.

SPX-CQ is one of the organizers of CIMAMotor (the sole national-level motorcycle fair in China) and Subcon China (the most important subcontracting fair in China).

SPX-CQ, UNIDO’s first SPX in China was officially inaugurated on the 15 April 2004 by Wu Jianong, Vice-Mayor of Chongqing, and Andre de Crombrugghe, SPX Coordinator of UNIDO.
