he First Phase of Project of Assessment and Recommendation of Chongqing Suppliers for Volkswagen by SPX-CQ Finished
With the departure of Mr. Klaus-E Nehmsch for Germany, senior German export from Volkswagen, the first phase of Project of Assessment and Recommendation of Chongqing Suppliers for Volkswagen by SPX-CQ was completed. The assessment lasted one month, from 23rd October to 24th November. And up to 23 Chongqing enterprises were assessed by the German senior expert, including Chongqing Jiangtuo Automobile Parts Factory, Chongqing Changfeng Machinery Factory, Chongqing Changfeng Jiquan Company, Chongqing Liangjiang Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Chongqing Hengweilin Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., Chongqing Intel Air-Conditioner Company, Chongqing Teleflex Automotive Parts Co., Ltd, Chongqing Lianwei Automotive Parts Company, Chongqing Pingjiang Plastic Parts Co., Ltd, Chongqing Jinhai Standard Parts Co., Ltd, Chongqing Yongchuan County Feida Co., Ltd, Chongqing Xiyuan Transmission Shaft Co., Ltd, Chongqing Bishan Shunshan Mechanical Co., Ltd, Jiaxing Motorcycle Parts Co., Ltd, Chongqing Xiema Camshaft Co., Ltd, Chongqing Height Industry Co., Ltd, Chongqing Beibei Sanxia Machinery Co., Ltd. Among them 13 enterprises get high rank, 7 enterprises middle rank and 3 lower rank.
Mr. Klaus-E Nehmsch left for Beijing on 21st November and will recommend excellent potential suppliers to Beijing Office of Purchasing Department, Volkswagen. Then Volkswagen will carry out formal assessment on Chongqing enterprises based on the recommendation of Mr. Klaus-E Nehmsch and choose the final qualified suppliers. SPX-CQ has received PreAssessment Form of Supplier from Volkswagen and passed it to recommended Chongqing suppliers, which is still being filled in.
According to the agreement, Mr. Klaus-E Nehmsch will return to Chongqing in March 2007 to start his work here again.
