CIMAMotor 2011 in October, 2011 in Chongqing

The 10th China International Motorcycle Trade Exhibition (hereafter refers as CIMAMotor 2011), the largest motorcycle exhibition in Asia in 2011, will be held on October 13-16, 2011 in Chongqing, China.

CIMAMotor has been held annually since 2002, and has become the world largest and the most important event for commuter motorcycles after 9-year continuous development.

The output and sales of Chinese motorcycles, accounting over 50% of the world, has been registering world No.1 for 17 consecutive years, and the export of motorcycles also hit the record of world No.1 for 10 consecutive years.  In China, over 99% motorcycles are used as commuting tool, while the exported ones are mostly found in the 3rd world countries. The position and industrial situation of Chinese motorcycles ensure   CIMAMotor as the most important international platform for brand displaying, product trade, technology transfer and information releasing, and the preferred show for manufacturers and buyers of commuter motorcycles.

CIMAMotor 2010 covered the space of 60,000 m2 with 386 exhibitors, including 362 domestic ones representing 90% of the production capacity of China motorcycle industry, and 24 overseas exhibitors. The exhibition attracted the participation of more than 70,120 visitors, among whom 21,736 were trade visitors. About 1000 global media were involved in the exhibition report, 278 giving the report on site.

600 exhibitors and 100,000 visitors are expected to attend CIMAMotor 2011. The exhibition space will reach 80,000.
